I am a full service real estate broker that uses the Homequest service that was developed by the founder of M Realty. This technology is very new so I want to explain how it works and how I use it to simplify the home purchase process for you.
Homequest Search
To receive listings, go to the “search listings” page and in the upper right corner there is a sign up button that will send me info about you and set you up to receive daily e-mails with updates on listings in the areas of your choice. If you find a listing that you like, you can add them to your favorites folder with a message to me on why you are adding them, or with a question about it etc. During our initial meeting, I will help you establish the range of homes that you will be interested in so that when you put a group of homes in your favorites, I will be able to preview the homes for you and narrow your viewing list to the ones that meet your criteria best. I will update your favorites with my notes after viewing and let you decide which ones you would like to personally view. This will save you time and get you settled into your new home sooner rather than later.
