New Listings – SE Portland Weekly Real Estate Update

Weekly update tracking New Listings March 9 – 15th in Montavilla, Mt. Tabor, Center (N. Tabor), S. Tabor, Hawthorne, Laurelhurst, and Richmond neighborhoods.  There were 20 “real” new listings (on market less than 1 week)  that went on the market last week in this area of NE/SE Portland. Another new listing this week has also gone pending in the same week, 2719 SE 65th.
