Monticello Antique Marketplace

Monticello’s Antique Marketplace is one of Montavilla’s best kept shopping secret.  It is kind of hard to tell from the exterior of the building just how far the store extends but once you step inside you are instantly taken aback by the amount of space and the amount of antiques there are.  Now I know that you might be thinking that for an antique store too much space and stuff might be overwhelming, but the quality of the antiques and the way that they have the entire store merchandised is fabulous.  I can’t go shopping here too often because I want to buy everything.  They have a cafe located inside with good drinks and sandwiches, a large section dedicated to garden decor, and an upholstery service.

    Agree. I just spent the past hour there, idly browsing. It is impossible to not leave with something. The cookies from the cafe are great, too! One of the best antique malls in town, and definitely a hidden treasure. Saturated with stuff you’ll want. Watch out!
